Where are you located?

We work from a little home studio in the southern beachside suburbs of Adelaide (South Australia). 

Do you offer pickup?

We are an online only store, however in some instances we are able to assist local customers in collecting their orders from Seaford Meadows, South Australia. Please contact us at cloudninecollectiveau@gmail.com prior to placing an order.

Do you do custom orders?

Yes!  We love to do this.  Please email us at cloudninecollectiveau@gmail.com or contact us via Instagram with an idea of what you would like, and we will do our very best to accommodate you.

Do you do rush orders?

Our current processing time is very short, 1-2 business days.  However if you require your order quickly, please contact us and we will do our best to get it done as fast as possible.  Also, please choose the Express Post option at checkout.

What delivery options do you offer?

We deliver all our parcels using Australia Post. We offer both standard (tracked and untracked) and express shipping – please see our postage and delivery page for postage rates.

When will I receive my order?

Our current turn around time for making orders is 1-2 business days. Please see our postage and delivery page for postage rates and delivery estimates.

Can I track the status of my order?

Yes, once your order has been shipped (if you choose the tracked option). Once that has happened, you should receive an email with a tracking number from Australia Post. Please check your spam/junk folders. If you still have not received a tracking number, please contact us at cloudninecollectiveau@gmail.com. If you have the Australia Post app, you will be notified in the app. Please note we recommend choosing the tracked option for all postage, as we cannot follow up on untracked items that have been sent.

Can I cancel my order?

Not if it has already been sent.

Can I amend my order once it has been placed?

Yes, but only if you contact us immediately as your order may already be in production due to our short processing times. We reserve the right to refuse an order amendment.

How do I return an item?

As all of our items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind. We will accept returns for items
that are damaged or faulty.

Please contact us at cloudninecollectiveau@gmail.com if you believe an item to be damaged or faulty and we will do our best to assist in rectifying the problem. You may be asked to provide photographic evidence of the
issue, and you will then be required to return the item back to us. We will inspect it and decide if you are eligible for an exchange or refund (including postage).

Where are your products manufactured?

All of our products are handmade by me, here in South Australia. All of the vinyl, acrylic and other materials used to create our items are purchased from Australian distributors.

What size onesies do you stock? 

00000 (AU)  – premature baby (up to 3kg)

0000 (AU) – newborn (up to 4kg)

000 (AU) – 0-3 months (approx. 4-6kg)

00 (AU) – 3-6 months  (approx. 6-8kg)

1 (AU) – 12-18 months (approx. 10-12kg)
