Refund policy
As all of our items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind. We will accept returns for items that are damaged or faulty.
Please contact us at cloudninecollectiveau@gmail.com if you believe an item to be damaged or faulty and we will do our best to assist in rectifying the problem. You may be asked to provide photographic evidence of the issue, and you will then be required to return the item back to us. We will inspect it and decide if you are eligible for an exchange or refund (including postage).
