Shipping policy

Our current turnaround time for making orders is 1-2 business days.

We deliver all our items using Australia Post. 

We offer both standard and express shipping – please see our postage and delivery page for postage rates. 

Once your order has been shipped, you should receive an email with a tracking number from Australia Post (unless you choose the 'untracked' option for smaller parcels).  Please check your spam/junk folders for this email if you do not receive it.  If you still have not received a tracking number, please contact us at cloudninecollectiveau@gmail.com.  If you have the Australia Post app, you will be notified in the app.

Australia Post provides the below postage timeframes.

Regular Postage - 5-18 business days
Express Post : 1-4 business days
International Postage : 8-18 business days

Please Note : We are unable to accept any responsibility for delivery times and delays due to Australia Post.  We are also unable to follow up on parcels sent using the untracked method, so we highly recommend choosing the tracked or express options.
